All bets placed on e2bet ph are final once confirmed by the system. E2bet ph will not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been confirmed, except where expressly permitted under specific game or event rules.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game, event, and market. These limits are displayed on the relevant betting interface at the time of bet placement. E2bet ph reserves the right to modify stake limits at any time without prior notice.
E2bet ph reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances: where a bet was placed on an event that was subsequently cancelled or abandoned; where a technical error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed; where there is evidence of match-fixing, manipulation, or irregular betting patterns; or where the bet was placed in violation of these Terms.
All odds displayed on e2bet ph are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of an event, the official result as determined by the relevant governing body shall be final. E2bet ph's decision on the settlement of bets is final and binding, subject to the Company's internal dispute resolution process.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the integrity of a bet or game outcome, e2bet ph reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players. The Company shall not be liable for any losses arising from such technical issues beyond the return of the original stake.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered on e2bet ph are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Upon termination of an account, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard rules, and any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonuses and any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting e2bet ph customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
